The process of visiting customers in our company is as follows:

First, visa and air ticket booking

Second, material preparation, samples, brochures, business cards, contract drafts, case analysis, project completion drawings and gifts for customers, etc. There are also some personal items, such as clothes, personal hotel supplies, credit cards, some currencies of the destination country prepared in advance, chargers with universal converters, etc.

Finally, the preliminary preparations for visiting customers are the top priority:

We list the customers to be visited, including old customers, new customers, potential uncooperative customers, etc. Arrange the table in order, the content of the table includes the purpose of the visit, review the order of old customers, whether there are after-sales problems that need to be solved in person? Are there any new projects that need to be confirmed in person? Understand the channel market strength of the customer during the interview. According to the situation, whether it is simply to strengthen contact with customers or to meet with new customers for the first time, and meet with each customer to achieve the purpose of your visit.

Before going abroad, roughly determine the route of the countries you will visit, first concentrate and then disperse, and then make corresponding adjustments according to the customer's time.

Make appointments with customers in advance, notify by email, WhatsApp message notifications, and confirm by phone, etc.

For new and potential customers, do a good job of background investigation and analysis in advance. Understand the basic situation of the customer, whether there is a production line, his sales channels, which suppliers are there, competitors, and his current needs, etc. These background investigations will help you fully understand him, so that you will have topics to talk about when you meet. From the investigation, find the value you can provide to the customer, and the significance of your visit and your existence to him. These are the basis for promoting cooperation between the two parties. Each potential important customer visited here should also print out a separate document, get familiar with it and think more.

Prepare the meeting process for each customer and draw up a rough negotiation framework. For new customers, each person is different, and you cannot use a stereotyped framework. It must be targeted.
