Taper Roller Bearing

Tapered roller bearings consist of an inner ring, called the cone, and an outer ring, called the cup. These components are removable. They are called tapered roller bearings because the cone assembly is narrower on one end and the raceway is also narrower on one side to match the roller. Due to this assembly, it is an ideal bearing for both axial and radial loads. The steeper the angle of the cup, the greater the bearing's ability to handle thrust loads. These bearings have point contact. They are ideal for environments where high speeds and heavy loads occur and low friction is required.

Spherical Roller Bearing

The spherical roller bearing has double-row rollers, the outer ring has a common spherical raceway, and the inner ring has two raceways that are tilted at an angle relative to the bearing axis. This ingenious structure makes it self-aligning, so it is not easily affected by the angle between the shaft and the bearing box seat or the shaft bending, and is suitable for occasions where the angle error is caused by installation error or shaft deflection. In addition to being able to withstand radial loads, the bearing can also withstand bidirectional axial loads.

The inner hole of the spherical roller bearing is cylindrical and conical, and the taper of the conical bore is 1:30 and 1:12. This tapered inner bore bearing is equipped with a tightening sleeve or a withdrawal sleeve, so that the tapered inner bore spherical ball bearing can be easily and quickly assembled on the smooth shaft or stepped machine shaft.
